I was raised in the beautiful city of Ottawa, attending my very first to last day of school in in the public school system. Growing up, my family didn’t own a car so I spent many years riding city busses all around town and over time have gotten to learn all the ins and outs of the city like the back of my hand.
Ever since my first job as a ski instructor for toddlers in my early teen years, I’ve been subconsciously grooming myself for service excellence. I quickly came to the realization that the reason I continuously craved new positions with more responsibility was because I had a burning desire to make a bigger impact on people’s lives.
